The Reyes Industrial District is the largest of three major switching areas on the layout. Situated on a raised area above and behind the doubletrack CSL mainline, crews can easily watch their local switch job, even when a train is on the mainline in the foreground.

Two locals can work at the same time in this extensive switching area, reaching from just east of Malin Yard, through Val Verde, and extending into the Winchester block.

The images below show many of the recently constructed buildings and scenes to be found along and around the Reyes district. This area is still under construction, some structures are still being moved around while we determine final placement. Many of the various industry names are still being considered.
