A good way to get these large files on slower connections:
Don't click on the newsletter you want to view, instead right click and pick "save
target as" and pick a place on your hard drive to put it and press save. This
will give you a dialog box with a progress graph and estimated time left. This is
for MS IE but Netscape has the same feature but with different verbiage. Once the
download is complete, start Acrobat Reader, pick file-open and browse to where you saved
the file and pick it and push open.
Note: Absence of a size next to a link does NOT indicate the newsletter is not present, just means I have not manually added the size.
